Shipping

All prints are produced in the UK by our print lab. Limited editions are signed and numbered by the photographer before dispatch. Each order is printed to order — please allow time for production before shipping.

Limited editions

Limited edition prints follow a two-step process. The print is produced by the lab, then sent to the photographer to be hand-signed, numbered, and packaged with the certificate of authenticity before being dispatched to you.

Please allow 7–10 working days for production, signing, and dispatch. You’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Open editions

Open edition prints are produced and dispatched directly by the lab. Production typically takes 2–4 working days, after which your print ships straight to you.

All shipments are tracked. You’ll receive a tracking number at dispatch.

Packaging

All prints are rolled and shipped in a rigid acid-free archival tube, sealed at both ends. The tube is robust enough to survive international transit and is itself archival — you can store the print in it safely.

Limited edition prints are wrapped in acid-free tissue before rolling, with the certificate of authenticity flat-packed separately inside the tube.

Customs & duties

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Returns & exchanges

Because every print is made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. If your print arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage and the packaging — we will arrange a replacement at no cost.
